BEYOND FITNESS.
CROSSFIT
CrossFit in six words?
“Constantly varied functional movement at high intensity” – it says it all, but it's so much more
There are many reasons to love CrossFit, but its popularity comes from the incredible physical changes that consistent participation can lead to.
CrossFit is a program that can be tailored to anyone; individuals who have never worked out and those who have trained for years share equally in its benefits: building strength, agility, and flexibility, losing weight, and improving aerobic capacity.
CrossFit combines high-intensity with cardiovascular training, weight training, and gymnastics movements that vary from day-to-day.
FOUNDATIONS
Introductory course for CrossFit beginners
We often hear people say they are interested in CrossFit, but do not think they are fit enough or are intimidated by it. Our Foundations course is designed to address those concerns and show that CrossFit is accessible to anyone–even someone who is new to working out.
Our Foundations course introduces beginners to the basic CrossFit movements. With its low coach-to-student ratio, Foundations is an effective way to learn proper technique in a safe and fun environment.
For individuals with no prior CrossFit experience, Foundations is a prerequisite to participating in our group CrossFit classes. The course consists of two one-hour sessions and one two-hour session per week over the course of one month. Once completed, you are welcome to join any of our regularly-scheduled CrossFit classes.

YOGA
Nourish your muscles
We currently offer two all-levels classes per week, each in a different Yoga style, led by our certified yoga instructor, Jenn Dunbar. No prior yoga experience needed!
Sunrise Yoga (Saturdays 7-7:45am)
Designed to wake up the body and prime the muscles for the day's activities. What better way to greet the day and get your body ready for those long Saturday Metcons?
Slow Flow / Yin Class (Sundays 10:30-11:30am)
Yin Yoga is designed to increase circulation, flexibility, and mobility. It is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, with poses that are held for longer periods of time. Yin focuses on using props to position the body to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints, usually in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Flow Yoga targets the major muscle groups and focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. This style of yoga is often referred to as “flow” because it moves from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way. In a flow class you'll see more than double the number of poses than in Yin and they're held for shorter periods.
